We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and checks. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
If you have any questions about insurance, billing, or payment options, we’re here to help! Contact our office, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Checking Your Insurance Coverage
To determine whether your insurance plan covers our services, we recommend asking your provider the following:
For therapy sessions: Is procedure code 90834 or 90837 (psychotherapy) covered?
For neuropsychological evaluations: Is procedure code 96132 (neuropsychological testing) covered?
Do I have a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for mental health services?
Is a referral or prior authorization required?
Important Notes on Insurance Coverage
If your plan requires a referral, it is your responsibility to obtain one from your primary care physician before your appointment.
Some insurance companies may initially state that a referral isn’t needed but later deny coverage due to the lack of a referral. To avoid unexpected costs, we strongly recommend securing a referral before any neuropsychological evaluation.
We will discuss any questions or concerns about your benefits with you before scheduling an appointment.
