Allison Jessar, Psy.D.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist committed to working with individuals from all backgrounds who may be feeling stuck in the same old patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating. My goal in therapy is to help guide you to a deeper understanding of who you are, what you do, and the impact of your life experiences. In doing so, you will begin to feel a greater sense of control over your life and how you relate to yourself and others.

I recognize that the therapy process is never one-size-fits-all, and I very much value my clients' individuality and unique strengths and needs.

I obtained my doctorate in clinical psychology at Widener University, and have experience working with diverse individuals in intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, community mental health, college counseling, and private practice settings. I currently offer individual therapy to adults and adolescents as well as couples therapy.
