Penn Psychological Associates (aka Pennsville Counseling) was founded in 1984 by Dr. Priscilla Bright. Over the years, as our practice has grown, we have added more staff. We are now the largest group of doctoral-level psychologists in Gloucester County offering both counseling and neuropsychological testing services.
